New graphics card for $100

I just noticed that 5670 is on sale and original price is $70 (by the time I buy it won't be on sale)
Nvidia 9800GT is roughly same performance (look in the above post to see) and it's $60
also I might sell my 5450, IDK how much I will get out of it I was guessing $20 It's used but haven't had any problems with it (expect it to have a shitload of cat hair)
note that offer is not 100% guarantee because IDK if I can buy it.

A. Use my money now (because I won't get any more until christmas) and buy the 5670 and PSU
B. Buy the 5770 using all my money then buy the PSU later in the year (I won't install the card untol then)
C. Anyone hook me up with a Nvidia that's similar to the 5770 yet cheaper then it?

GTS450(using now) overclock a bit(ill help) can run most games max @ 1080p
under £60

btw what's your PSU currently? need atleast a decent 400w or a cheap 750w, wouldn't recommend the cheap though
