I think that's called the virtual minefield. They created it to reduce civilian casualties after a war finished. (i.e. an army forgetting to dig up their mines)

in theory, if you had enough barrels (each barrel in this model had 4 grenades)
this gun can shoot 1,000,000 rounds per minute.

In REALITY, a gun like that exists. Except it fires bullets instead of grenades.
