i think that moo just simply adds the reason "a" because he know the person who broke the rule know what he did wrong and if not, they simply haven't read the server rules and ether way deserves the punishment If or if not knowing what he/she did.

But thats just my opinion on the matter of the reason "a"

Moo's already gone into this.
He does it usually so that people will come and actually talk about it on the forums, or to him, preferably the latter I believe.
