Setting up my mom's computer while she's at work

Anybody recommend any programs for me to DL/torrent? She had Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Daemon Tools, and MS Office 2003 on her old computer.

I've torrented PowerISO, latest versions of Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop, MS Office 2007, and a few other essentials like WinRAR, Microsoft Security Essentials, Malwarebytes and the such. Throwing out she's a networking/hardware pro and is always scanning documents.

McAfee?
McAfee 2011 Internet Suite was second to worst Anti-virus according to Consumer Reports. Sadly, I have that. They rated that BitDefense was a good one.
