Seb, I do like you and I would love to +1 this, but I can't.

You do support new members who get into shit too much.
Alright I understand, when a newcomer makes a few mistakes it's good to
support him, but the way you do, well sometimes you go too far.
This is just my opinion and it is not based of only forum experience.
You have also supported a guy who broke multiple rules in-game (Prsn) just because you were okay with him.

A regular have to help in votekicks and votebans by making a right decision.
I'm not sure if you can do that yet.
