Well, uh, I think that this is the only place I can get support for this now but at 3:24 PM CST my 9 year old sister lost her battle with brain cancer. I actually decided to post this because I feel that this is the one place I can get support.  :(

I ditto what has been said - lost a grand parent, and an uncle to terminal cancer - now that was horrifying - visiting one week, seeing said uncle fully able to communicate, move around etc, the next week visiting and seeing the devastation making communication impossible, his ability to speak reduced to incoherent gibberish by the cancer.... making 'm seem .. helpless .. then another week or so later... the cancer had taken his life.  I am not horrified by much, not easily anyways, but that takes the cake.

[and I note the easy perception of irony given my steam name]

Travelsonic, I experienced that same thing. Whats worse is that she was fucking 9. I mean really. MY grandpa I love with all my heart and always will. But he was an old man at the time of his death. Thats just not okay in my opinion. I am really sorry for your loss. I know I already said it but it just sunk in really.

Dont judge but this song is always helpful to me when I think about shit like this.
