Disable hlss/hldj scripts?

I agree with Snivy.
Disable it on TTT, but keep it on the rest.
I was playing on sledbuild and we had our own personal DJ. People who didn't like it just muted him, and it didn't affect their gameplay at all.

Its useful in some servers, but theres always mute so not big problem.
