Guys i really need help

Ok so i get on gmod
i try to join a server
and i get a screen thing that pops up saying "server full"
but
the server isnt full
ive tried many servers
but only one lets me connect
if you know whats happening please help

Servers have 1 slot ( atleast ttt does) reserved for admins unless somthing have changed in that 34 days when i was offline.

no it would be like 10/40 people in a server

Servers be broke, thus thou shalt not join them, please be patient while we get them working again.

same problem i can only join 2 servers and other says Server full even no players on it even i refresh :O

Ahem let me say that again THE SERVERS ARE NOT CURRENTLY WORKING PLEASE BE PATIENT UNTIL WE GET THEM WORKING AGAIN, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE
