I think it's an accomplishment whenever you say or do something that warrants the person whose reading/watching it to go out of their way and plus 1ing you.

Even though the respected system is abused as fuck with people boosting and such, there's still a lot of posts that gain legit +1'ns.

I'm not saying I don't care about the system, I'm saying that more that likely, some of those 23 +1's were fraudulent (in a sense that not all the people meant it.) The video was a original idea and funny, but not 23 +1's funny. It really doesn't really matter how many +1's she got in the first place to be honest.
