I hate messy floors I always keep everything orderly.
I also hate bad smell  which is why I keep incense in my room at all times.
Plants are a must as well I keep 5 on my desk and others around the room. I also have a small palm tree in my room.
I keep my window open to circulate the air as well even if it is cold outside.
I have a grand collection of 2 changes of clothes.
bathing is a must. At least once a day.
Washing clothes, I don't sweat a whole lot so I can usually wear the same shirt and jeans for 3 days at the most.
(I always change my shirt to something else when I sleep).
Nice bathrooms, There will always be 2 bags of toilet rolls, clean towels, soap, and air refresher.
Wall posters, I have some but I cant tolerate having crooked ones stuck to the wall with staplers or whatever crap someone might use. There are thumbtacks and tape for a reason.
Fans, Summer is seriously hot in Japan which is unusual right now. 2 fans at the most, must turn off during the night however.
Music, good taste that other people would not mind hearing. No Death Metal Screamo HipHop Rap, or hardcore Techno.
If you decide to do something like a small party you must be responsible for any mess you make. Anyone caught running away without cleaning gets a ban FOREVER HAHAHA.
Colors, Warm colors like orange blue or possibly green are acceptable wallpapers. Needs white as well somewhere though.
Wood or carpet flooring is good. Tiles are shit.
Regular cleaning, floor must be vacuumed once a week and all surfaces brushed. Windows must be clean.

I think Ive covered everything that would be an acceptable room. Seems quite a lot but once everything is sorted out it should work fine.
