assholes ruined my good time.

I mostly play at what you call "night" ... I never have any problems at night, I'm more likely to get problems by the time my night/evening starts, which is your afternoon.

This. Same goes for every VIP. Just ask whoever's online at the time to handle it and there's a 90% chance they will if they're not busy.
