jfmherokiller randomgs.com ip ban appeal

can somone please tell me why I can access the website from my home ip 74.236.151.36 when ever I try to access it it says that the connection has timed out every time I try.so from my standpoint it seems my ip is banned from accessing the randomgs.com domain.by the way I had to post this using my iPhone 3G network.

Sourcebans doesn't have anything on your IP, so it doesn't look like you're banned to me.
