My Ban Appeal?

I don't even know why I was perma banned.... I didn't do anything wrong..... so here's my appeal.

5. Ok... I was eating dinner, came back and started playing. I went afk to do some chores, and came back to play again.... It was on GarryWare when i was banned for an hour for so called "ban evading" when i didnt do anything. I waited for about 45 mins for the ban when i had to go to sleep, then when i came back and checked my ban, it was turned into a perma ban when i didnt really do anything.

6. I was wrongfully banned when i didnt do anything

7. I didn't have any SS because the VIP/Admin or w.e he was banned me before i could react. (Whats the button for SS, i dont actually know...lmao)

I really don't like being banned since yesterday was the first time i was banned, and i was banned 3 times...... 5mins, 1hour, perma......

Hey guys, I think there might be a bit of confusion here... Partially due to the use of a name changer, lol just hear me out.

This TaNkBuStErS (check SteamID and IP) was banned for name changer / speedhack... If he was using a name changer, his name just probably happened to be TaNkBuStErS at the time he was banned. Check some of the names SourceBans blocked, TJT811 etc etc. Which match the name on that Steam Profile at the moment.

Okay now, that guys ISP is sbcglobal.net... The hostname for that IP is adsl-108-74-223-96.dsl.emhril.sbcglobal.net



Now on to this TaNkBuStErS (different SteamID and no IP listed) He was banned for ban evading right?

Now, his IP isn't listed on SourceBans, but I checked Fretta logs, and his ISP is not sbcglobal.net. He has a Comcast connection originating from California.
c-67-***-***-3.hsd1.ca.comcast.net (partial hostname masking so I don't reveal his IP from the server logs)



Basically what I believe happened here, is someone with sbcglobal was banned using a name changer who just happened to have the name TaNkBuStErS at the time, which perhaps lead you to believe he was ban evading by checking SourceBans.



Now unless this guy moved and switched ISP's AND got a different Steam account... I really don't think they're the same people.



I know this might be hard to follow, just want to see what you guys think. I believe a mistake was made here, and just want to determine if he was actually ban evading or not.

Ok, I was the one who reported you to jim, You and That Tankbuster who got banned from Fretta has the same name, Capital Letters and stuff.
 
So I banned you for Ban evade reason because I was looking at the SB and I saw your name. After that I saw jimonions in zs so I said
" Jim go online on steam, I need to talk to you " so he did and I linked him to your ban and Tankbuster old ban and Jimonions banned you.


Sorry for misunderstanding and Confusing situation like that. You really have the same name and Capitalization.

So any admin wants to unban this guy? Because jimonions is not online.
