If someone with the knowledge would seriously like to elaborate on their motives/who's doing it.

It's getting to be quite ruthless and playing the servers are unbearable recently as you can't play for a few hours without DDoS incoming.

I just don't know why tbh.

You want DDoS to stop happening? Buy coolz a OC-1 connection. DDoS protection only works for certain kinds of attacks not the one coolz is receiving...

Alright guys, c'mon now. The russian thing was /kind of/ funny at the start, but it's getting old.

Minic and coolz already know one of the people doing it, which is a player who was banned around a month ago for DDoS'ing.

Well OC-1 will cost you anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000. + a instalation fee anywhere from a few thousand to a few hundred thousand depending on how far they have to run the fiber line.

We have 733 registered members on the forum so assuming worst case scenario every single member in Rnd, would have to pay $272.85 initially and then $27.29 monthly.


On the plus side, Not only would the bandwidth be more than capable to handle the attacks, but coolz could then host several hundred 64 person servers.  :yes:
