Hmm idk what equipment you use but the loopback interface (address:127.0.0.1) is present in the majority of all network interfaces.. if I'm not mistaken.

AT&T then.

My school, Home, and server internetz all start with 192.168.x.xxx, but they're also all hosted by AT&T.
