Loud computer.

I got mah Gateway computer in June, I haven't had any problems with it but recently there has been something weird.

My computer is much louder then when I first got it, I know for a fact it's not overheating because it's loud when I turn on my computer in the morning and it shouldn't be remotely warm.

It gets even louder if I go in games (even if they aren't very graphically extreme)

Dust should only cause overheating.
Loud fans mean probably the bearing are loose. If its a desktop simple buy new fans.

Two things you should do:

clean out the dust
tighten the fan a bit
