nop, pokemon platinum had events for both that u could get without going anywhere all u had to do was go to mystery gift and use wifi. i still cant catch raquaza on heart gold tho, he keeps killing everything i throw out lol

There's about 50 versions of Missingno, and only about 2 of them can actually harm your save file.
