I personally think it depends. If they are active participants on the servers themselves but not the forums they shouldn't be deleted.

Too much work to figure out who is or isn't active on the servers but have little or no posts on forums.

Mr. Franklin:
meh delete the people who haven't posted, and who haven't been on the forums, more than 6 months ago.
