That'd be in October.
The new forums were made in August.

You'd only be purging two months, plus, people have a tendency to come back during breaks (Summer is only about a month away).

Weird... i don't play in breaks but i do when im on school ._.

I would reccomend not worrying about how many members there are. The easiest way to clean it would be to do a clean slate every two years or something.
