I've noticed that the OP was incredibly screwed up ...
Fixed it and added some stuff, thanks Devie for moving the topic!
Any comments/suggestions/reasons why no one seems to be applying right now?

I think that its because they aren't focused on actually becoming a regular with intent to stay here. I think (and this is just me) that they either want the tools, or they want to look different with the little blue reg tag. I mean, we've got a million apps, no one reads the rules, and they all have nAmez*&$lYk.,~DiS37529, so really, I'm not surprised.

Yes, but many more or less known players aren't applying for VIP either.
