Transferring MC Worlds

So my main point here is that i'm trying to get one minecraft world on one computer, to another computer.
How do I achieve this?

I have legit MC.
Up-to-date Beta.

I tried taking my world from the MC folder and attaching it to a gmail message and sending it to myself, but the message seemed to throw the attachment away while sending.

Anyone know?

1. Press the windows key and R at the same time, release.
2. Type "%appdata%" and press Enter.
3. Go to .minecraft/saves and find the map you want to transfer.
4. Put the folder into a .rar/.zip/.7z file, and transfer to the %appdata%/.minecraft/saves folder of the target computer.
