[WIP] Menu Background Map

Work In Progress...

Guess what? Another map.  :o

80% done.

Yea, Im almost done with my menu background.

It has:

- Cars going by
- EDIT! Ambient sounds
- EDIT! Metropolices talking
- Thunder and rain
- Some random animations done by humans
- Color correction (Thats why its so red. See the picture below.)
- Background music Late Goodbye by Poets of the fall

Nice. Make the background image in multiple aspect ratios though, I'd recommend 1920x1080, 1680x1050, and 1280x720. I'm an idiot.

EDIT: You know, you can just put the name into valve.rc, so you wont need to fudge up your configs.
