[Wire Build Map] gm_Mobenix_v3

Map: gm_Mobenix_v3_final
Idea: A maybe 2 day trial of the map on the server and ask the players for feedback, if given positive feedback extend the trial and see the effects of the server if there are any.

Reason:
Played the map a few times and I could see how it could fit the needs of everyone and there is almost an endless amount of room to build on, I like trains so I would use the train tracks alot. Some like Flatgrass areas and there is a HUGE spot for that. Some like boats? No problem. Racing? sure. RP of some sort with houses and apartments? Still no problem. Even some fun things like a bowling alley and a disco room! Tunnel builder and much more!

Looks VERY Fun, i have to admit , otawa coast is fun, but it does not have many things to do. On otawa coast there is only a stream, water area, flatgrass area, shower building, and underground tunnel, we should have some new maps!  :thumbsup:

-many map based entities
-Reliable Snapshot Overflow
-net buffer overflow
-client crashes
-client out of memory errors
-glitchy race track etc
