Change the TTT AFK Kicker

to afk slayer, I don't think that afk specs should be kicked

Specs should still be kicked so that other players are able to join...
And if specs aren't kicked... well I don't think I should say it on the forum, otherwise people will exploit it... But if specs aren't kicked there would be a big issue regarding the karma system.

I propose:

After 2 minutes of being AFK while alive, the player will automatically be slayed.

After 5 minutes of afk in total, the player will be kicked.

After 5 minutes of afk AFTER waiting a full round, the player will be kicked.
