Same.

I cant tell because my PC always restarts instantly, without a flash of blue when a BSOD event would to be likely to happen.

vlue screens are mainly caused by hardware not software
pc's get bluescreen with error code that can be diagnosed
mac just shut down

Oy, you want malware related hell?  I worked at a computer camp for a few years - lots of fun, great people, but every so often we'd have to disinfect the computers because the young 8-16 crowd we catered to didn't always know better.  Most of the computers were dealt with easily, some were not.  The computers we used for machinima [good ol pre-Source half-life 1 machinima :P] I remember sometimes had upwards of 600 - 1,000 pieces of crap detected.  I don't think it would be a stretch to say I probably experienced nearly every piece of malware for the time just by working at disinfecting those computers.

I have like 5 back-ups online with all my apps and steam games even If by some chance my system restore does not work I can recover completely without need for re-install, also Avast constantly keeps my system secure so yeah It's not win7 that causes the problems it's the user.
