Favorite Score or Song from any Movie/Game?

Whats your favorite song from a movie?

Could be a score specially composed for a movie, or it could be a preexisting song that was put in the movie.

Ill start.

How to train your dragon Score: Test drive

-John Powell

It was almost impossible to choose between Inception's or How to train your Dragon's soundtrack...

In my experience, the scores from How to Train your Dragon stood out much more than it did in Inception; Test Drive for instance, was played during the flying scene and it was composed to give a strong image to the viewer and IT DID.

Ohgodthiskindofthread

Im a huge fan of, well, ambient/background tracks. Its one thing to like a band, but I always found movie and game soundtracks to be absolutly wonderful. You remember those times when something really intense or moving happened, and the memories adds to the appeal of the music.

I cant think of any recent movie scores I liked aside from inception, so Ill list my top 3 scores

1. Braid
2. World of Goo
3. Mirror's Edge

A lot of horror games have nice scores too (although I personally didnt like dead space's). The main menu track for Condemned is by far one of my favorite.

it's sad that arika yakanoma (uh some japanese name, i don't wanna bother spelling it right) won't be doing the soundtrack for any of the games anymore :(

Oh come on now.
Give Daniel Litch a chance. Hes done some amazing work as well, and honestly, I cant wait to see what he puts out.
Check out the Dexter soundtrack, specifically the 'blood theme'.
