How UPS deliveries actually work

I ordered a book online from chapters and UPS sent it to me on time and without difficulties, and I never had any problems with fedex either, so yeah.

lol, I ordered my whole computer.. 8 Parts, 8 Separate packages. Plus 3 more little dinky stuff, all from UPS.
11 Packages Successful, no problem what-so-ever from UPS. VS. 1 Package fucked up by Fed-ex.
