I <3 UPS.

Here's why. Well first time I used fedex, it was a nightmare. First off, my neighbor orders so many things and they are always delivered by fed-ex.. So I tried it. Since they were so well known and they even have a movie about the company I was like what could go wrong? So I come home and checked my delivery status on the website. Sure enough, they couldn't find me fkin house? So I called them up and asked them "Whats the big deal?" and she simply said "They couldn't find your house even when they looked for it" then I asked if they could redeliver today and she responded with a Yes and so on and so fourth. I waited until 10PM.. What do you know? No fkin package. Right then and there, I was forever hating Fed-Ex. Just a FYI got it the next day.. But not finding my house when it's right next door to the one they always deliver to? And lying about redelivering? Just.. No.

On another note, UPS has never had problems finding my house and always delivers on time.

i use FedEx never had a problem a buddy of mine from the states send me a package full of goodies and it took 2 days to get to me :)

I guess it was just bad luck but first impressions are always important.
