So now I'm in China and I got a new computer. Sadly it is in Chinese, but I am sure you guys can figure this shit out

Yepp... I figured out that it wasn't the proxies that weren't working.. I had anti virus on blocking out all proxies :>

I did. Went to regional options shit, changed every possible drop down menu to english, applied, restarted computer, still in chinese.
