Kinect.

So over Chinese New Year break, I was in Taiwan. My Dads' friends' son had a new Kinect. Now before that, I thought Kinect was fucking idiotic. I thought it was going to be super unresponsive and boring. However, when I played it...

HO
LEE
SHIT.

It was extremely responsive. It followed my every move. My character moved EXACTLY the way I moved. If I swung my arms, my character would too in the same way. If I sat down, my character would sit down without a chair (lol.) I was impressed, but what was even better, was that it was fun. Kinect Sports and Kinect Adventures were the only games my dads' friends' son had at the time, but they were so addicting.

Seriously.

I recommend Kinect.

My name is Cheesicle, and I approve this message.

Don't knock it before you try it.

But I spent a few day with Kinect, Move, and the Wii Motion Plus.

Out of all of them, I liked the Move. It seemed the most 'responsive'. Kinect felt like the eyetoy all over again :L

That's kind of why I liked it. Lol. It was more sensitive, and way more accurate than the others. Kinect felt like there was a delay, that was my main issue with it. :L

Idk I was semi-disappoint when Xbox came out with connect, because it's targeting a whole different audience really, and following the mainstream. I mean, no one really plays the Wii except elderly moms ._.. (don't be offended by this, I get other people play Wii and such, but it targets that age group as a fact)

But the Eyetoy could only see/track motion in 2d while the with kinetic you can do all the crap with the eyetoy in 3d and track motion from different angles.

I only played Forza and the box in with it.
Then again, I only played the Box-In for the PS3 as well, so I'm not being biased. I just liked the control I had with the move over the kinect.

lol.. I laughed at the demo of it on E3's 2009 conference I think? It was funny. It was like all glitchy and stupid. The Gmod Idiot Box made fun of it on one of his episodes lul.

I guess they worked all the bugs out of it.

Sabb: oh when'd you get there!?
...
Sabb: That was embarrassing.
