Finally an answer for my guestion THANK YOU :)

I have a portal but steam cant download portals source sdk i dont know why.

Anyway, as far as I know, portal mapping works over source sdk.

Use the normal Source SDK, Launch it, Click refresh game lists

If you have Portal downloaded and have played it once, then it should appear under Source 2009

Click on it then go to hammer editor
