I really want to say this, but in this case I really don't think so.
I like Jim, and have never seen him do this personally, but I've unfortunately heard other complaints similar to this.
This is the first time I've actually seen solid proof of it though. (unless something was left out of course, and again, I don't think so)

But still, I would've banned for 1 hour in any case.

If you're saying that to Danny, you're a dumbass for multiple reasons...

So you're saying that everyone time spouts out some offensive language to each other or an admin, they should get a 1 hour ban?

IMO, if the player starts bitching and saying crap about everyone over a span of time, then that might be necessary, but Danny wrote that he only said it once after killing Jim accidently. That shouldnt be a ban at all :l But we still need Jim or some other witness here to confirm that...
