It's no glitch, it goes from -2 to 0 when you +1 because it removes your -1, then adds a +1, making it a 0. Correct me if I'm wrong, and if that's not what you're referring to.

He's saying that instead of going to 0, it'd be -2, meaning he was able to change cheeses vote.

Also add that it would change the person's respect by 2, giving me the ability to either make his respect -12 or -14
