I would guess he'd get very abusive very quick and I think he's just fine where he is with Regular.

This could already imply a bad core.
Since he's a follower, he will do whatever the loudest person says - kick or ban people without asking questions, that sort of thing.
And usually, people saying they don't get butthurt generally try to tell themselves something they know isn't true. So out of this, I assume he does get butthurt and mad easily.
