Tech raging/spamming/attempting to lag-crash wirebuild [Demotion request]

I really haven't ever played with tech and this really is none of my business but i think it needs to be said.

If pry has given you a clip of him minging and prop killing him for 30 minutes, also this evidence i think that should be enough proof. I mean in his situation he was probably mad but all he had to do was votekick/voteban that's why he has the VIP privilege and this report wouldn't even be on here.  But instead he took advantage of the tools he was given and abused as one of the VIP icons on the server and I don't think that should be the type of message VIPs should be giving.

You all say you've never seen him rage, but it's all in the screens right there. I don't get what I have to do to convince you people.
Even if he didn't rage, he still tried to solve an extremely small situation by ruining the game for everyone else instead of being mature and letting it go.

Think of it this way: if a guest came in and spammed GDC like that, they would get banned for a very, VERY long time. Having a higher rank doesn't exempt you from obeying the server rules.

It may not have been his fault, but Tech knew that we were testing GDC and could have prevented it as well. At that point, I was somewhat aggravated at the fact he was getting so mad over me shooting at him and mistakenly hitting his contraption (Which only got broken because he was using wood props that he hadn't made unbreakable).
The standing fact is, I broke something of his by accident and he completely flipped out. A VIP on the servers shouldn't be so quick to anger (Or spam in the manner that he did).

I'm using a machine gun/facer turret, and I see tech in the far corner.
To my knowledge, PP keeps GDC/PewPew from damaging other player's props.
I shoot at him only once with the machine gun, to see if I can hit him from across the map.
The round hits his contraption, and breaks some wood on the front.

I think you're misunderstanding what I meant. Tech was noclipped in the air, and I tried to specifically shoot him. I missed and hit the contraption he was working on.

Funny you say that - given that you offered to help, and when asked to
look at something completely turned around and said you dont have time
to do anything or will think about it or something such. Yet you seem to
be quite visible here in the list and always ready to offer an opinion -
