nah you can be unbanned - just talk to coolz about it.
Several people have been permanently banned for this too. But like I said, it can be lifted if you speak to coolz himself.

EDIT:
Unban is not guaranteed. That's up to coolz and you and how your conversation came about. It's totally up to him. But just because you spoke to him doesn't mean an automatic unban.
