i loled at myself. Found out that it isnt only the guy you circled, but all of the server :O when i saw the picshur again i was liek HERPIDY DERP!DAT

Thats because its a start of the map everyoe starts with 0, 0 Lol

No its a glitch, it has happened to some people eg. RND-silent, and... i cant remember the other 1... but it is not rare..

err no, it is insta kill always, plus it goes up to 10 after you join the round (spec>terrorist)
