Peetah, I haven't explained everything that has happened with Magic, and even though his abuse is annoying as crap I still like him. It's just gone on for too long now, and everyone seems to just ignore it. I don't think it's because no one knows either, I think it's just cause people like him and don't want to offend him by confronting him with it or something. I honestly don't WANT to have to make threads like this about Magic, if I did want to I would have done it a long time ago around when it started.

well you never know someones intention when posting a thread like this, it could be just for informative reasons....
its just a post with information about an admin that has done something to someone or some people or something that he has seen happen that he believes shouldnt and that the community should know whats going on

First he was watched due to abuse of respected system or something. Fine just say sorry and stop.
Making an entire thread and causing alot of commotion because one was watched.
Then making another thread because the previous one was deleted.
So basically the root was abuse of respected.
That ridiculous if you ask me. Magic only removed because it was that ridiculous.

I never got a warning level for abusing respected or VIP if that's what you mean, though I was demoted for abusing VIP a while ago which I admitted to and took responsibility for, and it wasn't even Magic that did that.
The thread wasn't to complain about getting a warning level and being watched, I really don't care about that, if it was a ban from forums for -1'ing, then I would be making a thread to try and get it removed, but my intention of the two threads wasn't to just complain for the sake of it.
A lot of people don't realize what Magic does, and I guess you haven't either?
Magic has always abused really, but it's been getting worse recently. When I try talking to Magic about it he usually tries subtly changing the topic so he doesn't have to deal with it, where as on the forums any time someone (has been me recently) brings up Magic's poor decisions as admin, he will just remove that post and deny it.
He doesn't communicate at all what so ever in any way until you confront him directly, and I want people to see that Magic isn't a very good admin.
For example: a while back Magic was making a lot of stupid posts with just "XD" "lol", etc on it, and then he went and removed like 10 posts from 5 people in a thread that wasn't really even spam. I made a post in that thread (didn't make a new thread about it) saying that it was pretty stupid and unnecessary to do that, and literally 2 min later Magic removes that post. It was even on topic too, only one sentence of my post was talking about Magic. And the post wasn't insulting Magic either, just calling him out on his poor decision.

naw he was demoted cuz of abuse of vip
and you never know someones intentions until they tell you, you can easily assume someone wants to start a commotion and he made it cuz the thread disappeared :/ no one removed it, just disapepared off face of the pingas, and its not really ridiculous because if tehres a problem with an admin it should be posted and people should know

well if your assuming magic being demoted = magic being kicked out of community, your kinda wrong, if the only thing keeping him here is admin then really he shouldnt have that power anyway... cuz imho to be an admin youd have to want to do it for the games and community, not just cuz, or cuz you like having the power or what not...

As I said, I don't want to hold back just because I like Magic.
Magic used to help me a long time ago on wire and stuff, and he was extremely helpful and kind and I was actually really happy when he got admin, but it turned out that he's abusive. It's not that he just started to abuse, as I've said he's done it a long time, and it's progressing further so I felt people need to know about it.
If Magic gets demoted or not eventually oh well, the main purpose of sharing this stuff with the community isn't to specifically get Magic demoted, otherwise I'd be making it in a report and showing all the proof I've got.
There's good and bad to the situation as well, if Magic got demoted I mean. The good would be that there would be no more abusing Magic obviously, but then Magic may leave the community or may not, no one has control over that, and if he did get demoted based on people starting to realize what he's done, then he'd probably hate my guts more than he already does, and that's not my intentions either.

Magic ignores and/or deletes all attempts where you confront him with his bad admin decisions.

The way I see this is that person is deleting the thread beacuse
1. They don't wanna hear about it
2. Valid points are made, and is deleted because of fear of demote/argument
3. Magic isn't like this. This is just my opinion of a 'bad admin'

Lets suppose it wasn't him then, he's still a poor admin and has been getting worse :l.

Me and Magic talk alot through facebook and such. I believe our friendship is well.

I noticed one time his attitude toward me was bad but it cleared up and was perfectly fine. Maybe just a bad day he had which is perfectly understandable.

Magic has had his fall time. But he steadily is bringing it back to life. To a more professional level if you will.

Jets, talking to him over Steam is as useful as screaming at your coffee for 15 minutes.
He just ignores it, changes topic, goes "away", etc.
And if you confront him on the forums, he deletes your post/thread.
It's not only happening on bad days, it's happening over several weeks.
