Whenever I Join A Game And Start To Chat, it tells me that i am only a guest but im a member of the forum. how do i change it to show that i am registered?

You have to ask 3 admins to all promote you.
Once you have 3 admins who agree to promote you it shows you as registered.

bind mouse1 "kill"
bind mouse2 "say HOW TO GET RESPECTED?"

Then walk up to an admin and click both mouse buttons rapidly.

Each line is a different command. You have to enter them into console separately.

When the admin adds you as a regular, there should be some kind of message that pops up like this:

Banned: You have been banned for reason "a".
