Remove ttt_alt_borders_b20.

For starters, there's already another version on the server named: ttt_alt_borders_b13 which is exactly the same map but fixed models. ttt_alt_borders_b20 has screwed up models if you don't currently own hl2: ep2. Which is gay.

So please remove b20. It utterly pointless to have 2 of the same maps.
And plus, it pisses me off when b20 get's pick over b13 because they think b20 is the one that's fixed, and it's not. Kthnx

Ahh wasn't it ttt_borders_b13 or something :P that had error models and stuff if you didnt own HL2:EP2
