At first I was like wtf, then I watched the video the second time and saw that it was actually crossfire.

Well, on NewEgg I haven't been able to find any 500s, and the best ones I've seen are all them 6950s.


Also, I'm getting 2 more GB RAM and a 240GT, yay for me and my mid-low end PC!

Most people just follow the ATI hype blindly anyway.
I've never had problems with any nvidia card and they all gave me brilliant performance so far.

I was all ATI before, but then I got nvidia and I can see why people choose them

also ATI need to pick up their game, Not nvidia, they are doing fine leading the single core GPU by miles

Put that 580 in SLi and it would probably smash the 5970 and anything alike

The number of gpus dont matter.
Its like having 1 double cheese burger or 2 cheeseburgers. They equal the same in material.

The 580 has a huge die/chip size. And the 5970 has 2 small ones.
The 2 small chips use less power then one 580 chip. So its fully legit to compare a 580 and a 5970.

Ussually double cheesburgers just have double meat, not double everything, so 2 cheeseburgers is better.
