i am a lucky guy and i have been here for over 2 years... its best to gain the most experience if you want to move up in the food chain. so play on all rnd servers that are populated and get to know everybody, wait about 5-6 months, and then you have the experience to apply for VIP.

no. rnd has been here for about 4-5 years, i think. most admins have been here less than 2 years. about 3-4 admins have been here more than 2 years...

Basically the bottom line is to wait until you are known by the community, and trusted by the community to attain VIP.
VIP is chosen carefully so in the time you are trying to prove you are VIP material, just be yourself and don't be a minge.

Be active on the forums and learn how it works, play the servers regularly and get to know everyone.
Over time you will earn it.
