I remember some guy sent me link like join to group *link_to_fake*. After question "Where is log?" (with login:password) he escaped from me :). He said that was hacked account.

If you still have access to your account just change your password and secret question and stuff.

If not, send a support ticket to steam, asking them to recover your account. They will require some proof of purchase, such as the serial number from one of the games you purchased non-download.
