Win 7 is *somewhat* easier to use, but WinXP is more compatible in some areas (Although it doesn't have drivers for newer hardware)

Unless it's a 64 bit XP version, windows only utilizes 3.5 gigs of ram, which does limit it's resources too. If you want to load up gmod faster on xp...you cant. You're forever fucked. Get windows 7 fgt.
