when rnd bites the dust most of you have probably found another community, slowly things change people change, look at how many of them who were here a year ago are left?
but then look how many people have come here?
it all depends on coolz, or on someone who would take care of the site after coolz gets tired.. of it

I imagine it will have something to do with the Admins. Everything in society ended in someway because of the leaders. Colonization in North, Central, and South America, for instance.

As a more realistic example, around a year ago, I was in a TF2 clan called The Art of War, AKA: TAW.
TAW had a great community, much like RND. Admins were just as fun loving and amazing. One day, however, one of the most loved members of TAW was kicked out for a reason that the rest of the community deemed idiotic. This resulted in almost every single member of the clan leaving. Without any members to supply donations, the TAW TF2 North America servers fell and now cease to exist.

I wouldn't say it was the fact Sanders was demoted, but the whole debate on it left a nasty scar on the community IMO.

Unlike Krasher, Sanders was demoted NOT because he did anything, but BECAUSE he didn't do anything.

The thing that hit me the most was that the entire community was against his demotion, minus coolz, moo and cheese (from my understanding on the forums), yet he's still demoted.

I understand RND isn't a democracy, and is more of a dictatorship (to put it harshly), and that if we dont like it, we can leave at any time.

But it seems like the majority of the community is AGAINST his demotion, and Coolz didn't take it into consideration (or at least thought it didnt amount to much).

Coolz is a great owner, when he does things, he's right. It's gotten RND to where it is now. Hell, our ZS server is the second most popular on gametrackers.

We have a great community, which is why most of us try to stick together. It hurts all of us to see Krasher getting banned, or Sanders being demoted.

Its all up to coolz in the end.

Guys, it will be threads like this that start major arguements that will start fights and may lead to the communities demise.

The best way to avoid problems is to drop what has happened and move on as dwelling over the past won't do anyone good.
