Some other kind of 'Ban appeal'

Okay, I just RDMed two people I have to admit. So Moo banned me for 5 Minutes (Nevertheless the ban reason was 'a'). It's okay, but now my rank is JBanned. And I won't deal with it.
So if you would be so kind to promote me to Regular again I would be very thankful.
