have to +1 solely cuz he lives in my city :P but no +1 because he was only demoted for inactivity and I've personally never had a problem with him or seen him abuse powers and the likes.

+1, I wholeheartedly agree. I also share the sentiment that Silent and VIP worked well in the past too (no aboos, good dood, friendly, etc).
