What is Wurm online?
Wurm Online is a free to play MMO where you attempt to survive and prosper in an environment that just wants you dead. You're free to terraform the landscape, build houses and even towns, die to a meriad of unique enemies, sail into the seas and have your boat destroyed and subsequently killed by sharks, fight enemies from other "kingdoms", etc. Basically, think Minecraft but harder, more survival oriented, more time consuming, and of course with better abs.
Wurm has a steep lurning curve, but is amazing to play with friends, and a truly fun game. Notch co-developed it with Rolf, and eventually left to work on Minecraft.

RecruitingI've joined up in a village with 2 other players. We are currently looking for new and old players alike to join us. The settlement is located on the PvP servers (kingdom oriented fighting). We will provide you with safety, gear, opportunities to level up your skills, and friendship (d'aww).
How to join us1- Create an account on the website, download the client, and launch the game.
2- Finish the tutorial, and pay attention. This will teach you the basics of the game.
3- Once the tutorial is finished, you will have the option to choose which server you want to join. There shall be two portals.
4- This step is

the Jenn-Kellon (Serenity) server.
5- You shall then spawn in "StrongBox", Jenn Kellon's capital. This area is safe, so you have nothing to worry about. Once you spawn in
