Got a Surface Pro 3 recently and I wanted to get a few things on my computer to help with school and pass time if needed. Does anyone know the best place to get either?

For the SNES emulator, just use ZSNES.

*snes9x

surface pro 3 can also do N64 easily, PSX etc
