So, I was planning on buying a monitor from a friend, but he decided that I should buy a brand new one instead.  So, I'm looking for a good monitor that is around $120 and not more than $150.  Anyone?

Lol cheap. Cheapest 4k monitor is $500 and is at 30Hz, plus the power needed to drive 4k isn't really available to most gamers yet.

Just get a generic 1080p 60hz IPS monitor, you'll be golden.
